Before starting your home buying process, it's important to make sure that your finances are in order- including all taxes paid in full.

Get Pre-approval

A pre-approval confirms a bank's readiness to lend based on your financial profile. It sets your house-hunting budget, ensuring you focus on affordable option and making smart choice.

Start Home Shopping

We'll set up an MLS search for you, sending daily updates on price changes, status, and new listings. Favorite, reject, or mark as possible to organize options.
 

Writing an Offer

Once you’ve found the home of your dreams, it’s time to put things in motion! The next step is to make sure that your offer is competitive!

Get Home Inspection 

We'll assist in scheduling a thorough home inspection with a professional. We coordinate the appointment with the seller and attend the inspection with you for full support.

Get an Appraisal

Your lender may arrange for an independent appraiser to estimate your home's value. This ensures the price aligns with market standards. Check with your lender for appraisal details and costs.

Pre-Closing

The pre-closing stage is the period between waivers being sent, and closing day (Possession day). It’s time to make sure everything is in order before moving into your new home.

 

Closing Day

After signing, the seller's agent informs us when keys are available. We'll pick them up at the seller's office and meet you at your new home!
