On several occasions Stefani would go above and beyond, driving long distances in the evening for extra visits, to do measures. This is our second time using them, we are moving from Fort Saskatchewan to Red Deer, its a 2 hour drive, she has made it time and time again. She sacrificed her time and her energy to ensure we found the right home, for our children for our future. When we were selling our home, she did a great job assessing the cost to sell, and when I said that we wanted to start higher, and trust God with the sale of our home, she was right there with us. Faith played an important role in the process, it is important for them and for us. We trusted God, and instead of dropping the price we held out and got maximum value for your sale, they did not push us to go down to sell faster, they worked with us and trusted with us. That is a realtor who has your interest, your values at heart, not there own! Both Stefani and Drew have years of experience in selling homes, Drew has experience in the trades which was invaluable in our journey to find a home in a city we were not familiar with. Stefani's knowledge of homes and concerns was pivotal in finding thing that could be issues and things that would be blessings! I never worried about the process with Stefani and Drew, I have been at complete peace with them at the helm of of our future. So.. Lets recap.. When I think about Stefani Carlson the words patience and ferocity come to mind. Which might seem strange, but she was patient with us. We looked at several houses, several times. The one we went for in fort sask was a good distance for Stephanie and she on multiple occasions made the journey to the fort so we could measure, second measure, measure again, have contractors measure... It was a bit, she was polite, professional, and when needed firm and honest. Which I respected.

In both of the houses we put offers on, there was some battling that took place, and that's were the ferocity comes in. If you want a realtor who will fight for you, Stefani is your person, she fought for us, she defended and communicated our interests. I felt validated and heard, she listened to our frustrations and woes and celebrated with us in the end when we finally found our house.

Also our 2 year old really loved Stefani, for about a week she associated the house we bought as "aunties" house. As she thought Stefani was her auntie. Also in the end Stefani gifted our daughter a stuffy, which our daughter sleeps with every night.

If you are unsure, don't be. Stefani Carlson and those apart of her team are who you want on your side when selling or buying. Don't give it a second thought, let her fight for you, let her represent you, let her defend you, let her work for you. You will not be disappointed.
